As a product designer, my challenge was to translate strict regulatory requirements into an experience that felt simple and not overwhelming. The KYC process was mandatory, but without thoughtful design, it could easily become confusing and difficult to complete.

I simplified the KYC journey by breaking it into clear steps, grouping related information, and using plain language to explain what was needed and why. I also focused on flow order and feedback so users always knew where they were and what to do next.
