The original KYC flow had 11 steps, making onboarding slow and confusing. The goal was to reduce friction while keeping all ADGM compliance requirements intact.
The original KYC flow had 11 steps, making onboarding slow and confusing. The goal was to reduce friction while keeping all ADGM compliance requirements intact.

I reviewed each step, removed repetition, and combined related inputs while ensuring all required checks remained. The flow was reorganized to be clearer and easier to follow.

The KYC flow was reduced from 11 steps to 6 clear steps while remaining fully compliant with ADGM regulations. The new experience feels faster and easier to complete, with fewer interruptions and repeated inputs, clearer guidance, and a more user-friendly structure that builds trust during onboarding. As a result, users can complete verification more smoothly, with less effort and confusion.
